I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, and the front office staff, especially Pankaj, was always there to help with a smiling face. The room was welcoming, and the food was excellent. Special thanks to Pankaj for the warm welcome and smooth check-in process. The service was top-notch, with the staff in blue t-shirts like Uttambhai and Dainik being extremely friendly and accommodating. Avinash Ranjan in the restaurant was especially welcoming. The location, although a bit far from the city center, was good, with clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of cuisines, although more non-vegetarian dishes could enhance it further. The facilities were great, with everything from room service to grocery shopping service available. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with some minor room for improvement.
